The department organizes and participates in exhibitions held by Kuwait University inside and outside the campus. It also coordinates with private companies to design booths and pavilions appropriate for the university's occasions and ceremonies, in addition to distributing various publications- implemented by Publication and Documentation Department - in local exhibitions and conferences held by Kuwait University, or ones held abroad in which the university participates.
