The Public Relations and Media Department in the College of Medicine and the College of Pharmacy - The Public Relations and Media Department in the College of Dentistry and the College of Public Health - The Public Relations and Media Department in the College of Allied Medical Sciences - The Public Relations and Media Department in the College of Engineering and Petroleum - The Public Relations and Media Department in the College of Science - The Public Relations and Media Department in the College of Architecture.

 

The tasks and responsibilities of Public Relations and Media Departments in Humanities Colleges and Specialized Deanships:

  1. Follow up on the preparation of bulletins or brochures and media materials that include information on the objectives of Humanities Colleges and Specialized Deanships, their policies, achievements and future plans.
  2. Receive visitors and delegations hosted by Humanities Colleges and Specialized Deanships.
  3. Follow up on the Public Relations and Media Departments in the colleges, and coordinate with the Humanities Colleges and Specialized Deanships in carrying correspondence with media outlets through the Media Affairs Supervisors to cover events and media bulletins in the colleges.
  4. Participate in holding ceremonies and events for the Humanities Colleges and Specialized Deanships, such as honoring professors, employees, graduates, outstanding students, and other relevant events in coordination with the affiliated college.
  5. Contribute to the implementation of the media plan set by the supervisor through visual and audio channels and social media platforms.
  6. Participate in receiving high school students in coordination with the Public Relations and Media Department in the Main Administration Office to arrange field trips to the university campus.
  7. Arrange delegation visits to various Scientific Colleges and organize a program for visits in coordination with the relevant college and the Public Relations and Media Department.
  8. Develop media guidance programs through modern media means.
  9. Issue media bulletins and launch awareness campaigns for students and develop an appropriate media plan for colleges and deanships.
  10. Highlight the objectives of the Humanities Colleges and Specialized Deanships among the student body.
